Account Registration

MyWorkPoint may request Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, Passbook, Selfie Verification, or other documents for identity verification.

Submission of fake, manipulated, expired, or unauthorized documents may result in:

• Account suspension
• Payout rejection
• Permanent ban
• Legal action if required

Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are subject to successful task completion, verification, fraud review, compliance checks, and platform approval.

Payout processing timelines may vary depending on operational review, banking systems, technical issues, compliance checks, and fraud prevention monitoring.

MyWorkPoint reserves the right to hold, delay, reject, suspend, or cancel earnings or payouts in suspicious or policy-violating cases.

MyWorkPoint does not guarantee fixed earnings, guaranteed referrals, guaranteed tasks, or guaranteed payout timelines.

Prohibited Activities

• Fake referrals or fake activities
• Spam or automated activity
• Uploading fake or manipulated documents
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior
• Violation of laws or regulations

Account Suspension and Termination

MyWorkPoint reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts involved in fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, policy violations, or misuse of the platform without prior notice.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors and team leaders are responsible for:

• Managing their team activities lawfully
• Protecting personal and financial information
• Compliance with TDS, PF, and applicable regulations
• Ensuring fair and ethical use of the platform

Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, Meta/Facebook SDK, and analytics providers.

MyWorkPoint is not responsible for third-party services, policies, advertisements, or external websites.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, software, and platform materials belong to MyWorkPoint and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MyWorkPoint shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of earnings or profits
• Technical interruptions or server downtime
• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control
• Banking or payment gateway delays

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
